How to increase your immunity

In today’s world it’s very important to take care of your health because our life has got too busy in earning money, eating fast food, going on vacations but in all this we miss out important things to increase our immunity system. so today I will be showing you few steps to follow daily in life.

  1. Stop smoking.
  2. Exercise Daily.
  3. Eat fruits & vegetables daily for good health.
  4. Take complete full at least 8 hours of sleep.

Although these foods can help in improving immunity but remember one thing , that doesn’t mean that one should start eating all 24 hours, because anything more quantity can be harmful, so eat in moderate amount. There are few foods that can help you improve body immunity :

  1. Blueberries.
  2. Dark Chocolate.
  3. Turmeric.
  4. Sea Food.
  5. Broccoli.
  6. Sweet Potatoes.
  7. Spinach.
  8. Ginger.
  9. Garlic.
  10. Green Tea.
  11. Sunflower Seeds.
  12. Almonds.
  13. Kiwi Fruits.

Daily walking for 1 hours can increase your health and immune system. It has following benefits:

Try to walk in garden on grass with bare foot daily early morning at least for 3o minutes will improve blood circulation, digestion system, respiratory system. if you are a diabetic person then doctors suggest to daily walk so that it will improve the digestion and other health issues.

If you can then try to do Plank exercise daily for 1 min to 2 minutes as per your body capacity. this exercise is done by lay down on your hands toes as shown in the below picture:

by doing this exercise it also improves your body posture, it improves your spine, your rhomboids, abdominal muscles, and it turns out to improve your body posture because it strengthens your bones.

Now your immune system, health problems, digestion systems etc. can be improved by doing yoga regularly.

  1. Balasana: It helps relax the neck, back, and hip strain. It also helps in removing anxiety and stress. helps to relieve fatigue. It helps in stretching the ankles, hips, and shoulders.

2. Vajrasana: it is also know as thunderbolt pose which is great for stomach, liver, uterus exercise. it also improves lower back. in this pose you kneel and sit on your knees, bring your hips on your heels. It improves blood circulation in the lower pelvic region, it also helps in improving digestive system.

you should perform this practice for atleast 15 to 20 minutes.

5 yoga poses to improve back pain

  1. Bhujangasana: it is also called as cobra pose. it helps cure liver diseases, improves the digestive system, makes your arms and shoulders strong. It increases blood circulation.

2. Ustrasana: It is like a camel pose. It helps reduce fats in thigh. improves posture. opens chest, improves respiration.

people suffering from high or low blood pressure should avoid performing this asana. and people having any back injury or neck pain should not do this asana.

3. Shalabhasana: It should be done empty stomach. it helps in keeping abdominal and back muscles strong and healthy.

steps to do this asana is, you lie on your stomach. keep hands back, while inhaling lift your head and your right hand above the ground. hold this position for few minutes and keep on breath in and out. repeat the same with alternate hands and feet.

4. Makarasana: It improves digestion. It also helps in solving constipation problems. and helps in increasing good control over body and mind.

5. Markatasana: It is a spinal twist yoga pose. It brings flexibility in spine and relieves pain in lower back.

As we know that everything as it good and bad effects so it should be performed under the observation of trained professionals and with the advise of doctor.

and now a days many people suffer from acidity or gastric problem, so for them, it is advisable to drink lauki (Calabash) juice, it helps to cure the gastric problem by drinking empty stomach early in the morning after boiling it and then making the juice of it. one should drink this for a few months, and it will also increase the digestive system, which will in turn improve your overall health.

Curd: curd is a milk product which is always considered good in stomach problems. be eating curd can help to improve digestion and stomach issues. It makes your teeth and bones stronger.

It improves your immunity system. It is good for heart, helps to lose weight.

also should lesser the intake of sugar in the body.

Lemon: Lemon are good source of vitamin c, a natural antioxidant which improves immune system, and has antibacterial, antiviral qualities.

Drink plenty of water and liquid foods to stay hydrated. also it is said that after lunch and dinner you should atleast walk for 15 to 30 minutes so that your foods gets digested easily.

eat foods which is rich in vitamin, protein, carbohydrate, minerals etc. to stay healthy and fit. one can also practice different stretching exercise to keep your bones and muscles flexible and healthy.

avoid eating outside food much because it can stomach problem in the long run which will affect your health. also try to eat green leafy vegetables.

  • Tulsi:

Tulsi or Basil leaves are the best things to improve your immunity. you can simply eat 3 to 5 tulsi leaves empty stomach. It has so many medical benefits. you can chew these with black peppercorns. It helps fight diseases. you can also put few basil leaves in tea and drink this tea.
